How it works:

- If the call needs to be patched or transferred, an agent will take the person’s name and place him or her on hold while you are called on a separate line.
- Once you have answered the phone and confirmed your availability, the agent will transfer the caller to you so you can speak directly.
- We’ll take messages and ensure that you received the message later on by following up with you or the caller.
